ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submissions will only be accepted through the online system accessible via the submission button below. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail, independent of the system, will not be accepted.

Abstracts of accepted and presented oral and poster presentations will be published in the "11th Book of Abstracts for Young Pediatricians".

All presentations at the congress should contribute to scientific advancements and the literature in the field of pediatrics and should include a concluding message.

The names, surnames, and affiliations of all authors must be included in the submissions. Each submission must include one "corresponding author" with their email address and contact information. The preferred presentation format (oral/poster) must be indicated during submission. The Review Committee reserves the right to change the presentation format.

Abstract Submission Deadline

Abstracts prepared in accordance with the guidelines must be uploaded to the system via the online abstract submission page by September 15, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be accepted. Authors of oral and poster presentations deemed worthy of presentation will receive acceptance letters via email.

Presenters of accepted abstracts are required to register for the congress by September 25, 2026. Abstracts of authors who do not register by this date will not be included in the program book.

Abstract Writing Guidelines

  • Abstracts will be collected through an online abstract submission system.
  • A person may participate as a presenter in a maximum of 2 presentations: 1 oral presentation and 1 poster presentation, or 2 poster presentations.
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names. The author's first and last name should be written in lowercase, with only the first letter capitalized.
  • Poster and oral presentation abstracts should include introduction, methods, aims, and discussion; case and challenging case poster abstracts should include introduction, case description, results, and discussion.
  • It is mandatory to enter a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 keywords into the system before completing the submission of the report.
  • The abstract, excluding the title and author names, should not exceed 350 words. The title should accurately describe the content of the study.
  • Tables, figures, graphs, and images may be used in abstract submissions.
  • To receive a certificate, the presenter must personally deliver their presentation at the date and time specified in the program.

Abstracts that do not comply with any of these criteria will be disqualified, regardless of their content.

  • If you are using the online notification module for the first time, please register using the "New User" link.
  • After registration, the instructions on the page will help you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
  • Since abstracts submitted online will be printed as is, care must be taken to avoid spelling errors.
  • Please save the confirmation messages that you will receive in your email after submitting your summary.
  • You can track the entire review process of your submission through the system using your email and password.

Evaluation of the Abstracts

The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, with researchers' names and affiliations kept confidential.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to modify or decide whether the presentations will be oral or poster presentations. The evaluation results will be sent to all authors as a written notification, and we strongly advise authors to pay close attention to the final decision regarding the format of their presentations.

Certificate of Participation

The certificate will be awarded after the congress. To receive the certificate, the presenter must personally present their paper at the date and time specified in the program.
