• The registration fee must be deposited into the account number specified below, and the registration form and proof of payment must be sent to the meeting organizing secretariat via email.
• The meeting registration fee includes a bag, name badge, final program, and certificate of attendance.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the prices above.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
• For cancellation requests made before September 15, 2026, the registration fee paid will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 15, 2026.
• Only name changes will be accepted after September 15, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• Prices indicated are per night.
• VAT (10%) will be added to the stated prices.
• The accommodation package fee must be deposited into the account number specified below, and proof of payment must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via email.

TRANSFER FEES

• This is the price for a round-trip transfer between Istanbul Airport and the Congress Hotel.
• Individual transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
• Requests with incomplete payment will not be confirmed, and all payments must be completed prior to the event.
• The stated prices do not include VAT (20%).
• Any special transfers requested will be budgeted separately.

• For transfer cancellations made after November 1, 2026, a 10% bank fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.
